Proposals received later than the specified time and date will be returned unopened.
A Pre-solicitation conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. December 14, 2016 at the City of
Denton, Materials Management Department, 901-B Texas St., Denton, TX, 76209.
The City of Denton, Texas reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal and award to the most
advantageous proposal received.
Local, minority and small business vendors are encouraged to submit proposals.
