The City of Denton would like to modify the subject contract by adding the highlighted Post RFP
items on the attached RFP #5495 pricing sheet.
In addition, the City hereby request to apply the Professional Services labor rates (Items 57a-57d) to
services required to install, upgrade, or maintain Vblock/VCE equipment, which include the
following brands: EMC, VNX, and VMWare.
