6. RETURNS AND RESTOCKING
No charges for returns or restocking shall be charged to LCRA if the materials are returned to the
supplier within a thirty (30) day time period ifTechIine's manufacturer for that product is agreeable to
restocking (LCRA orders uniquely specified products from time to time that are not able to be sold to
any other customer). As a partner with LCRA, Techline shall do everything in its power to have all
returned items returned for LCRA at no cost.
7. TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES AND SUPPORT
Supplier agrees to make available to LCRA, technical personnel as required to assist in areas oftech-
nical support and information as required by LCRA at no cost. LCRA can contact Techline's Gary
Troxel 24/7 at (512) 968-0892 for any support and information required.
8. WEB BASED ORDERING AND CATALOGS
Supplier shall have web based ordering available and provide LCRA specific catalogs if requested.
9. REPORTING
Supplier shall provide detailed order history reports in MS Excel format, as needed, but no less than
every 6 months. The reports shall be segregated into the various subcategories as agreed upon between
LCRA and the Supplier.
