This proposal is accepted on this 3rd day of July 2023 by Denton Public Library and W T Cox
Information Services (Cox), 201 Village Road, Shallotte, NC 28470. WHEREAS, the Library has
solicited pricing for subscription management services and WT Cox Information Services has agreed
to provide services for the Library under the following terms and conditions:

The Discount is being offered based on the Library’s current mix of titles and current publisher remits for
2023. Additionally, some titles may be subject to a nominal net title fee. There will be no additional
start-up, management, miscellaneous or annual maintenance fees. Additionally, we do not charge extra
service fees for custom reports, web/onsite training, or any integration that the agency may require of
our online interface. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or payment by check is the preferred method of
payment. If paying by credit card convenience fees will apply.
WT Cox Information Services agrees to provide subscription management services as agreed upon
pursuant to the provisions of the account assessment, proposal and discussions.

Pricing
Our service proposals utilize the most up-to-date pricing available,
quoting the rate that the publisher indicates is appropriate for you.
We work hard to provide accurate pricing to help you plan and
budget more precisely.
Timelines & Deliverables
Most publishers require between 60-90 days for first issue receipt.
We need your order 90 days prior to your start dates to reduce risk of
gaps in delivery.
We place weekly orders to the publishers to ensure timely and seam-
less orders.
Invoice is Net 30. If special invoice options are needed, just ask your
sales representative for invoice options.
Pricing Structure
We offer this pricing based on the condition we receive your list in its
entirety, understanding minor changes such as additions deletions,
and/or quantity changes will occur. Certain classroom instructional
materials, professional journals and newspapers are generally consid-
ered non-discountable due to publisher restrictions.
Our pricing is based on the most current publisher prices at time of
quote. If you see a major difference in a particular price please check
with us.
