ADDENDUM #1
The following are changes to the solicitation:
Design revisions have effected several poles on this RFP. This addendum adds new
drawings and pricing sheet and allows for a 2 week extension on the RFP.
The changes are summarized below –
Pricing sheet changes (indicated in red on attached exhibit 1):
o Revised quantities on items 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6
o Revised height on item 2
o Added items 10, 14, 15, and 16
Provided new structure drawings and load trees (exhibit 4 attached).
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.

solicitation document when submitting a proposal.
