The City of Denton (COD) has reviewed and accepts the addition of the following new line items to contract
5985 with your firm:

S&C Pad-Mounted Gear, Power Operated Source Transfer
Gear , Model PME-9, 15KV, containing two 600
ampere 3-phase S&C Mini-Rupters driven by
stored energy operators and six 200E ampere
SME-20 Power Fuse Mountings. The unit will
include 600 amp T-Body Terminator Bushings on
the Switch side and 200 amp Load-Break
Bushings on the fuse side, including options:
F2 – Mounting provisions for a Fault Indicator in
each switch compartment with viewing window
in door
Y2 – Over-current lockout. Prevents an automatic
source transfer that would close a switch into a
fault.
Y8 – Communications Card
E107 – 6” Base Adapter, Elastimold inserts
(#1601A4), dust covers, and installation by S&C
including drain wire
Supplied with 6 each – Fuse Unit End Fittings – Catalog
Number 3093, and Micro-AT communication cable with 9-pin
serial connection, Catalog TA-2321

The City also amends the following terms for the above items only:

There may be an escalation/de-escalation price adjustment in effect after the year ending June 1, 2017. This
adjustment will be based on US Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, PPI for Switchgear and
switchboard apparatus manufacturing (PCU335313335313) as outlined in City of Denton RFP #5985
Document.
All other terms and conditions of the contract shall apply. If your firm is in agreement, please sign and return
