Robson Ranch WRP Lift Station Improvement
Phase I
•Currently all wastewater flow from Robson
Ranch is treated through the existing WRP
located southwest of the community.
•The plant was put into service over 20 years
ago and has not had any significant upgrades.
•The plant has reached 90% of the TCEQ
permitted flows.

•Diverts approximately 40% of the Robson Ranch
Wastewater from the existing Robson WRP to the
Pecan Creek WRP through a connection to the
City’s primary collection system.
•East Lift Station Pumps and Piping will be
upgraded.
•Increases capacity and allows the Robson WRP to
maintain compliance per TCEQ permit
requirements for the foreseeable future.

Sealed Proposal
Through the procurement evaluation process for this
Competitive Seal Proposal, the contract firm selected is:
•Felix Construction Company
•$2,962,148.20
•310 days for construction
Staff Recommends awarding the Robson Ranch WRP
Lift Station Improvement Phase I construction contract
to Felix Construction Company.
Robson Ranch entered into an agreement in 2019 to
assist in funding the project.
