The City of Denton would like to renew its contract with SM & P Utility Resources, Inc. for the
above referenced biol. Per Our discussions and review of the specifications, the City accepts a 1%
price increase. This contract will be renewed for an additional one-yeas: period through Alr Il 3,
2014, if agreed to by both parties, with all tern-is and conditions remaining the sanne. If your
company is in agreement, please sign a copy of this letter and return it to me.
