4494 Environmental Services Agreement
Dear Mr. Cameron:
The City of Denton is no longer in need of the services provided under the attached agreement. Therefore, this letter serves
as the 30-day required notice to terminate the agreement, dated March 22, 2010, between the City of Denton and Protect Environmental Services, Inc., without cause, and in accordance
with Section 14 (d) of the agreement. The official termination date will be February 29, 2016.
