Mr. Chan:
The City of Denton has reviewed the documentation submitted by via email and the specifications
of the above bid. The City agrees to accept the price increases, as requested, to the awarded base
prices. The new pricing is attached for reference. All remaining terms and conditions shall remain
the same. The new pricing will be effective on November 1, 2012 and remain in effect through
November 1, 2013.
