will become Kisatchie Treating —effective July. 29;.2013: While the name and_ ownership are
changing. operations will remain substantially the same: We hope to maintain a business
relationship with you and value .your support and involvement in the. "success bf K- isatchie.
Kisatchie will also acquire Colfax Treating; Company. s Leola, Arkansas plant, which will be.re-
named.Kisatchie.Pole.& Piling: This transition will occur _at.the same time - July:29 - and will
not-result in any- change in operations.
After. the acquisition, Kisatchie and its partners will be among-the, largest producers of utility,
poles in the United States.
Enclosed is a general credit application and Form W 79 for your records. Please, note that as of
the effective date, all invoices should be issued to the.new company.
