~1ct, ~.T.C,A, Government Code, Chapter to enter into joiat contracts anC agreements for the performance of go~~ernmental .functions and services including
administrative functions riarma~ly aSSOGIat~d with the operation of go~rerr_ment such as
purchasing of necessary materiai~s and supplies;
W~-fER~AS, it is the desire of the aforesaid parties to comply with and filrther the
policies and purpose of the lnterlocal Cooperation Act;
~~'N~R.~AS, the parties cannot normally obtain the best possible purchase price.

Parties shall notify all participating entities of available contracts to include, terms
of contract, commodity cost, contact names and addresses; and shall kelp participating

products or services from successful bidder. The participating parties shall receive all ~ ~
~vartanties provided by successful bidder for the products or services purchased. ~
In the event that any dispute arises ~bet~veen individual parties and a successfi~ ~ ~
bidder, the same shall be handed b;~ and betweea the participating Fa~'~s~. govemme.ntal body end the bidder.
