the equipment, installation and construction services per solicitation instructions and specifications:
Request for Proposals (RFP) # 6317C – for the Londonderry Playground Equipment and Construction at the City of Denton, Texas
The solicitation responses will be officially ranked by the criteria as set forth in the RFP documents. Information may be obtained at the Purchasing Department, located at 901-B Texas
Street, Denton, Texas, 76209 at the Service Center Complex. RFP’s will be received at the Purchasing Department until 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Negotiations may be held
with the highest ranked offeror.

Non- Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference: 12/21/2016
Deadline for Submission of RFP 01/03/2017 Tues, 11:00 AM
A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 1:00 pm. The pre-submission conference will consist of a meeting in the Facilities Management
Conference Room, 869 South Woodrow Lane, Denton, Texas 76205, to present a project overview then will end with a site visit at the proposed construction site immediately thereafter
at approximately 2:00 pm. The proposed construction site is at the far North East corner of Southlakes Park: 556 Hobson Lane, Denton, Texas 76205. Google Maps indicates the street address
associated with the playground as 1916 Teasley Lane. Please allow ample time for parking.
The submitted solicitation response shall not be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within sixty (60) days from and after the date of the opening.
Solicitation Responses received later than the specified time (11:00 A.M.) and dates will be returned to the respondent unopened.
