ADDENDUM #1
The following are updates to the pricing sheet:
1. Lines 34 & 35 have been updated to show linear feet as the unit of
measurement.
2. Items 13, 16, 18, & 21 will be performed by the City prior to
construction and have been removed from the pricing sheet. Revised
pricing sheet is attached.
The following are changes to the drawings:
1. Sheets TXDOT 1 & TXDOT 2 (pages 17-18) were inadvertently
omitted and included with this addendum.
2. Sheets C-5 and C-6 are included with this addendum and replace
previously distributed C-5 & C-6.
The following are clarifications to the specifications:
1. The Landfill is a controlled access facility. Work must be completed
during business hours.
2. Lien releases must be provided upon completion of each portion of
work or trade.
3. Contractor will be required to provide directional signage to the
jobsite for deliveries.
4. City will provide testing services.
5. City will provide a dumpster.
6. City will provide gravel. The Contractor is responsible for installation
of gravel.
7. City will provide soil for construction.
8. The trench vent will be moved prior to construction.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
