The scope of work shall be finalized upon the selection of the Firm. The respondent’s submission
shall have accurately described your understanding of the objectives and scope of the requested
products and services and provided an outline of your process to implement the requirements of the
Scope of Work and Services. It is anticipated that the scope of work will include, at a minimum,
the following:
Purchasing new marquee signs for:
Senior Center
North Lakes Recreation Center
Denia Recreation Center
MLK Recreation Center
Civic Center
The marquee software will be web-based. The marquee size will be similar to what is already in
place. The 4 recreation centers signs are now 27 ¾” x 69 ½” double faced. We would like to receive
quotes for RGB Color as well as Monochrome Red. Each location needs to have the option of
having a different message on each side (two independent sides.)
In 2017, we want to replace Senior Center and North Lakes. In 2018, we will look at replacing the
other 2 recreation centers as well as Civic Center, which is our timeline.
We use the marquee to advertise our classes, trips, activities, special events, and everything else
we do. It is used daily. This is one of the most effective ways we have to let the public know what
is upcoming within our center, department, and city.

SOFTWARE:
We need the software to operate the marquee to be web-based so that it doesn’t become
outdated and unusable. We need both sides to function independently of each other.
All software products will be installed in each separate location
The Marquee will be installed in front of each Recreation center.
WARRANTY:
Five (5) Year Warranty on parts and 1 year on labor and materials.
