or at the Purchasing Department, located at 901-B Texas Street, Denton, Texas, 76209 at the Service Center Complex. SOQ’s will be received at the Purchasing Department until 11:00
A.M., Thursday, March 30, 2017. There will be no formal SOQ opening. Negotiations may be held with the highest ranked offeror(s).

The submitted solicitation response shall not be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within sixty (60) days from and after the date of the opening.
