Request For Qualifications (RFQ) # 6396 – Professional Services for the Assessment of Organization Structure related to Capital Projects at the City of Denton, Texas
The solicitation responses will be officially ranked by the criteria as set forth in the RFQ documents. Information may be obtained at the Purchasing Department, located at 901-B Texas
Street, Denton, Texas, 76209 at the Service Center Complex. RFQ’s will be received at the Purchasing Department until 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 4, 2017. Negotiations may be held with
the highest ranked offeror.

Non- Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference: 03/22/2017
Deadline for Submission of RFQ 04/04/2017 Tuesday, 11:00 AM
A non mandatory pre-submittal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 3:00 pm. The pre-submission conference will consist of a meeting in the Facilities Management
Conference Room, 869 South Woodrow Lane, Denton, Texas 76201, to present a project overview.
The submitted solicitation response shall not be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within one-hundred and twenty (120) days from and after the date of the opening.
Solicitation Responses received later than the specified time (11:00 A.M.) and dates will be returned to the respondent unopened.
