professional services per solicitation instructions and specifications:

for Printing Services
The Request for Proposals (RFP) responses will be officially ranked by the criteria set forth in the RFP documents. Information may be obtained online at
https://www.cityofdenton.com/business/solicitations-contracting
or at the Materials Management Department, located at 901-B Texas Street, Denton, Texas, 76209 at the Service Center Complex. A non-mandatory, pre-submission conference and walkthrough
will be available to interested contractors. Attendance at the pre-submission conference and walkthrough is strongly encouraged prior to submission of a proposal. The conference walkthrough
will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 1:30 pm. The conference and walkthrough will consist of a meeting in the Facilities Management Conference Room, 869 South Woodrow Lane,
Denton, Texas 76205; to present a project overview.
Proposals will be received at the Materials Management Department until 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 02, 2017. There will be no formal opening. Negotiations may be held with the highest
ranked offeror(s).

The submitted solicitation response shall not be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within one hundred and twenty (120) days from and after the date of the opening.
Solicitation Responses received later than the specified submission deadline time (11:00 A.M.) and date will be returned to the respondent unopened.
