C.S.T The City highly recommends that respondents do not wait until minutes before the due date and time to email a submission. It can take significant time for the submissions to reach the City. ADDENDUM #1 RFP#6320 SUPPLY OF TRUCKING SERVICES FOR BENEFICIAL REUSE 1 RFP#6320- ADDENDUM #1 1. Who is the current contractor for transporting of these materials? What is their rate of services? This would be a brand new contract with the City. We do not have a contract in place for transporting of these products, therefore we do not have any historical contracted rate of service. 2. How long is the contract for, if awarded the transportation bid? RFP# 6320-0 Main document, page # 5, Pre-Submittal Conference and Walkthrough, paragraph # 2: It is the intention of the City of Denton to award this contract for a one (1) year period. The City and the Awarded Contractor shall have the option to renew this contract for an additional two (2) one-year periods. Materials and services undertaken pursuant to this solicitation will be required to commence within fourteen (14) days of delivery of a Notice to Proceed. 3. Why were there two pricing sheets for 6320- Exhibit 1? This was an error posting the documents when We posted Exhibit 1, Pricing Sheet. Please see attached copy and Excel Document labeled 6320 Exhibit 1, Addendum #1 4. How heavy is the Dyno Dirt products? This depends totally upon the weather conditions. A Cubic Yard of Dyno Dirt can weigh between 900 and 1,200 pounds depending upon moisture content.
