1. What is the correct time for the Pre-bid Conference meeting at
869 S Woodrow, Denton TX 76205 on June 12, 2017?
It was published incorrectly in the main document of the RFP (6369-0,
Main Document, Item # 4 Schedule of Events as 9:30 a.m. and # 5 Pre-
submittal Conference and Walkthrough as 9:00 a.m.).
The correct time for the Pre-Bid Conference was 9:30 a.m.
2. Contract Term, page 4, item #6 of 6369-0 Main Document.
Contract term was stated as: …
… The City and Awarded Contractor shall have the option to renew
for an additional two (2) one-year periods.
The Department has asked that we change this to be to read:
…The City and Awarded Contractor shall have the option to renew
for an additional four (4) one-year periods.
3. Can we get a copy of the Pre Bid Meeting sign in Sheet?
Yes, please see attached.
