The City highly recommends that respondents do not wait until minutes before the
due date and time to email a submission.
It can take significant time for the submissions to reach the City.

1. Will the City of Denton accept brands other than what is listed in
the Technical Specifications, 6490-Exhibit 3? In the document,
6490-Exhibit 2 General Provisions- Terms and Conditions, item #23
indicates the City will not accept substitutions.
Disregard item #23 in the General Provisions-Terms and Conditions.
Substitutions will be allowed, but the substituted material shall equal
or exceed the ratings indicated in the Technical Specifications. All
substituted material must include a “cut sheet” with your proposal.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME
