THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT 5526 ("Amendment") by and
between the City of Dentin, Texas ("City„) and Advanced Control Systems, Inc.
("Supplier");
The CITY deems it necessary to further expand the goods/services provided by
SUPPLIER to the CITY;
NOW THEREFORE,
1. Exhibit A "Special Terms and Conditions", Total Contract Amount of the
Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Total Contract Amount shall not exceed $530,000. Pricing shall be per Exhibit
D attached, with an escalation fee of S% to be applied for unit prices for
deliveries beyond the base three (3) years of the contract which ended on July
15, 21117.”
2. The contract term wi11 be extended for an additional year $rougli Judy 15, 2018.
All other provisions of the Contract 5526, as heretofore amended, remain in lull force and
effect.

RED Profiles
Each RED dtwlc+e profile quallfled by ACS is based on information supplied by the IED vendor and includes specific RED ffrmware versions
An RED vendor may change their specific device profile from the original profile that ACS has implemented and tested,
In such a case, the customer 1s resporeibte for notifying ACS and coordinating with the IED vendor for devlce prorate changes,
In the case where device protocol or profile re -certification is required, ACs will work closely with the customer and the IED vendor.
Either the cmiamer or LED ven4or wflt its responsible for the cost or any additional profile work determined not to be the fault of ACS.
Any errors or omissions in the profile at the fault bf ACs will be corrected as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
