The following is removed from the Main document, Item 4 (page 3) and IFB requirements:
To be considered, contractor must include an acceptable bid bond, cashier’s check, or certified check in an amount not less than 5% of the total submission or $15,000, whichever is less.
All submissions received without the above will be rejected and considered non-responsive. ONLY HARD COPY BONDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND MUST BE PROVIDED TO THE CITY BEFORE THE DUE DATE
AND TIME ON THE COVER SHEET.
There will be NO bid bond requirement for this IFB.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
Please acknowledge addendum on Attachment F of the main RFP document when submitting a proposal.
