Re: Notice of Contract Termination- File 6072-Sponsored Research Agreement for Investigation of Enhanced Methane Generation in the Bioreactor Landfill Facility at the City of Denton
Dear Ms. Furr:
This letter serves as the 90-day required notice to terminate the attached agreement, dated February 8, 2016, between the City of Denton and Southern Methodist University, without cause,
and in accordance with Article #10 Section 10.1 of the attached agreement. The official termination date will be November 26, 2017.
