The vent elevations for the vented manholes were left off of the construction plans. The
following table specifies the elevation for the manhole vent at each vented manhole:

PLANS: Sheet 20, Detail U208A: Modification
Note 2 of Detail U208A is incorrect. Non -pressurized pipe does not require a longitudinal thrust
restraint system. Only vertical restraints through casing spacers are required.
All items in conflict with this addendum are hereby deleted.
THIS ADDENDUM IS MADE PART OF THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SHALL BE ACKNOWLEDGED ON THE
PROPOSAL.
