Request for Proposals addressed to the City of Denton, Purchasing Department, 901 B Texas Street, Denton, TX 76209 will be received until 11:00 A.M., Thursday, December 1, 2016, for
the site demolition services per solicitation instructions and specifications:
Request For Proposals (RFP) # 6273 – for the Site Demolition for 301 East McKinney Street at the City of Denton, Texas
The solicitation responses will be officially ranked by the criteria as set forth in the RFP documents. Information may be obtained at the Purchasing Department, located at 901-B Texas
Street, Denton, Texas, 76209 at the Service Center Complex. RFP’s will be received at the Purchasing Department until 11:00 A.M., Thursday, December 1, 2016. A formal bid opening will
be held. Negotiations may be held with the highest ranked offeror.

Non- Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference: 11/16/2016 @ 3:00 pm
Deadline for Submission of RFP 12/01/2016 Thursday, 11:00 AM
A non mandatory pre-submittal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 3:00 pm. The pre-submission conference will consist of a meeting in the Facilities Management
Conference Room, 869 South Woodrow Lane, Denton, Texas 76201, to present a project overview then will end with a site visit at the proposed demolition site immediately thereafter at
approximately 4:00 pm. The proposed demolition site is located at 301 East McKinney Street, Denton, Texas 76205. Please allow ample time for parking.
The submitted solicitation response shall not be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within one-hundred and twenty (120) days from and after the date of the opening.
Solicitation Responses received later than the specified time (11:00 A.M.) and dates will be returned to the respondent unopened.
