Request for Proposals addressed to the City of Denton, Purchasing Department, 901 B Texas Street, Denton, TX 76209 will be received until 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 8, 2016, for the
construction services per solicitation instructions and specifications:
Request For Proposals (RFP) # 6262 – for the Construction of Fire Station #4 at the City of Denton, Texas
The solicitation responses will be officially ranked by the criteria as set forth in the RFP documents. Information may be obtained at the Purchasing Department, located at 901-B Texas
Street, Denton, Texas, 76209 at the Service Center Complex. RFP’s will be received at the Purchasing Department until 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 8, 2016. A formal bid opening will
be held. Negotiations may be held with the highest ranked offeror.
Solicitation Schedule: Issue RFP 10/11/2016
Non- Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference: 10/19/2016
Deadline for Submission of RFP 11/08/2016 Tuesday, 11:00 AM
A non mandatory pre-submittal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, October 19th, 2016 at 1:30 pm. The pre-submission conference will consist of a meeting in the Facilities Management
Conference Room, 869 South Woodrow Lane, Denton, Texas 76201, to present a project overview then will end with a site visit at the proposed construction site immediately thereafter
at approximately 2:30 pm. The proposed construction site at the corner of Sherman Drive and Kings Row, Denton, Texas 76207. Please allow ample time for parking.
The submitted solicitation response shall not be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within one-hundred and twenty (120) days from and after the date of the opening.
Solicitation Responses received later than the specified time (11:00 A.M.) and dates will be returned to the respondent unopened.
