HomeMy WebLinkAbout1999-316S \Our Documents\Ordmances\99\520 N Austin historic doc ORDINANCE NO "91 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 520 N AUSTIN STREET AS A HISTORIC LANDMARK UNDER SECTION 35-215, ARTICLE V, OF CHAPTER 35 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $2,000 FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the Historic Landmark Commission and the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Denton having recommended that the property herein described be designated as a historic landmark in the City of Denton, NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION 1.
