AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANGER TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE COMMERCIAL OPERATOR AIRPORT LEASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS AND BRUCE BROWN
WHICH WAS ASSIGNED PER RESOLUTION NO R97-015 TO DWAYNE E
HATCHER AND DAVID W. AUSTIN TO ALLOW FOR IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN SUCH LEASE; AND PROVIDING EFFECT G OF E
VE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS•
SECTION I That the City Manager is authorized to execute an amendment to the
commercial operator airport lease agreement between the City of Denton, Texas and Bill Brown,
which was assigned per Resolution No R97-015 to Dwayne E Hatcher and David W Austin to
allow for refinancing of the improvements within such lease, under the terms and conditions
contained within the amendment, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
