ORDINANCE NO. qt4—aa-S
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION BY EPIC DEVELOPMENT, INC. OF
5,000 SQUARE FEET OF LAND FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES; AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the City of Denton, Texas, accepts the
dedication of 5,000 square feet of land by Epic Development, Inc.
as described in the attached document of dedication.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning is directed to
show the property dedicated as a public street on the Official Map
of the City of Denton, Texas.
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval.
