AUSTIN SURVEY, NEEDED FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXTENSION OF MORSE STREET) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the City of Denton, Texas, accepts the dedication of approximately 0.569 acres of land situated in the M. Austin Survey, Denton County, Texas for street and utility purposes relating to the extension of Morse Street, as offered by the Dedication of Property for public use executed by N.W. Realty, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto. SECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval. PASSED AND APPROVED this the a � day of 1994.
