ORDINANCE NO 902
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON APPROVING THE RETAINER OF THE
LAWFIRM OF HOWARD E WATT, P C TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN PENDING
LITIGATION, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the Council of the City of Denton approves
the retainer of the lawfirm of Howard E Watt, P C to represent
the City, at the billing rate of $100 per hour, in pending the
litigation of Jolynn Nichols Ken Youngblood and Heather Frick
SSEECTION II That the City Council hereby authorizes the
expenditure of funds therefore
SECTION III That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval
