AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AMENDING TENNIS CENTER
FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That in accordance with Section 22-28 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Denton, the following fees shall be
charged for the following services at the Tennis Center
(1) Season pass
per person $35 00
per family $75 00
(2) General admission (during posted
hours) per person $ 1 75
(3) Court Rental
(a) unlighted, per hour $ 3 00
(b) lighted, per hour $ 6 00
SECTION II That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval
