THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That Section 15-7 of the Code of Ordinances of

(a) A person commits an offense if he consumes an alcoholic
beverage while on the premises of
(1) Avondale Park,
(2) Bowling Green Park,
(3) Briercliff Park,

(5) Joe Skiles Park,
(6) Martin Luther King, Jr Park,
(7) McKenna Park,
(8) Milam Park,
(9) Nette Schultz Park,
