AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, REPEALING ANNEXATION
ORDINANCE NO 86-005, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE 1986,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No 86-005, effective January 7,
provided for the annexation of 296 acres of land, as more
particularly described therein, and institute
WHEREAS, state law requires that before any city may shall
annexation proceedings, the governing body of such city
provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard nor
