AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS ESTABLISHING A LOADING
ZONE LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FRY STREET, PROVIDING FOR A
PENALTY IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $200 00 FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF,
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That there is hereby established a loading zone on
the west —side of Fry Street beginning 40 feet from its intersection
with Hickory Street for a total length of 22 feet, and measuring
ten feet by twenty-two feet
SECTION II That when signs are in place or the pavement is
marked giving notice thereof, any person who shall violate the
provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
punishable by a fine not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200 00)
SECTION III That this ordinance shall become effective
fourteen 14 ays from the date of its passage, and the City
Secretary is hereby directed to cause the caption of this
ordinance to be published twice in the Denton Record -Chronicle,
the official newspaper of the City of Denton, Texas, within ten
(10) days of the date of its passage
