HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-0041308L AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DENTON AND THE CITY MANAGER, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE, AGREEMENT, APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS THEREFORE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Denton is desirous of retaining Lloyd V Harrell as the City Manager of the City of Denton, Texas, NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I That the Mayor of the City of Denton, Texas is hereby authorized to enter into an employment agreement with Lloyd V Harrell to be effective immediately from and upon its date of execution SECTION II That this ordinance shall be effective immediately from and after its passage and approval by the City
