AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON ESTABLISHING FILING FEES PRO-
VIDED FOR BY APPENDIX A, THE DENTON DEVELOPMENT CODE, FOR PETITIONS
FUR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF DENTON, TEXAS, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TLXAS HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the following fees provided for in Appendix A of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Denton are hereby established as
follows
A Fees provided for in Section 3 03 (2)(f) of Chapter III
of Article III
1 Request for Voluntary Annexation
of 5 acres or more $250 00
SECTION II
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in force when the pro-
visions of this ordinance become effective which are inconsistent
or in conflict with the terms or provisions contained in this
ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately after
