AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, RELATING TO CEMETERIES, PROVIDING FOR
INCREASED FEES FOR LOTS AND PERMITS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTONt TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
PART I
That Chapter 6, Section 6-2 (c), "Prices Paid For Lots in
city cemeteries" of the Code of ordinances of the City of Denton,
Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows
11(c) Prices Paid For Lots in City Cemeteries
Non-resident of Denton $300 00
Resident of Denton Lot $250 00
Infant Lot $ 75 00
Concrete Work Permit $ 25 00
Interment Permit $ 25 00
Each infant lot or space shall be in designated areas
at 1 0 0 F and Oakwood cemeteries "
PART II
This ordinance shall become ettective immediately upon its
passage and approval I_A_
