FACILITIES, PROVIDING FOR A SEVER - ABILITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DA2E THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I That Section 15-3 1 of Chapter 15 "Parks and Recreation" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Cexas is hereby amended to read as follows "Section 15-3 1 Facility Fees The following fees shall be charged and collected for the use of the city's parks and recreational facilities in accordance with the schedule set forth herein Additionai fees for facility supervision or police services may be charged in addition to these fees A SWIMMING POOL 1 Season Pass $25 00 per person or $60 00 per family 2 General Admission $1 00 per adult, $0 75 per child $1 00 per senior citizen (60 years of age or older & spouse) 3 Pool Rental (a) Non -Profit $10 00 per hour (5 hours or more per week) $15 00 per hour (3-4 hours per week) $20 00 per hour (1-2 hours per week) (b) Private $15 00 per nour (5 hours or more per week) $20 00 per hour (3-4 hours per week) $25 00 per hour (1-2 hours per week) (c) Professional $20 00 per hour (5 hours or more per week) $25 00 per hour (3-4 hours per week) $30 00 per hour (1-2 hours per week) (d) 00 per hour or $60 00 per day That if any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word in this ordinance, or application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid by any court of competent 3urisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the city Council of the City of Denton, Texas, hereby declares it woula
