CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, 1969, AS
AMENDED, BY DELETING THEREFROM THE TEN (101) FOOT REAR YARD
REQUIREMENT FOR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That Article 18 A (3) of Appendix B-Zoning of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas, 1969, as amended, be
further amended to hereafter read as follows
"(3) Rear Yard There shall be a rear yard for acces-
sory ui 1ngs not less than three (31) feet from
any lot line, alley line or easement line "
SECTION II
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and approval 444
