AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 13 OF APPENDIX A -SUBDIVISIONS OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DFNTON, TFXAS, l9F6, AS
AMENDED, PROVIDING FOR THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS OF LOTS IN
SUBDIVISIONS WITHIN THE CITY AND WITHIN ITS EXTRATERRITORIAL
JURISDICTION, PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABIIITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HERFBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That Article 13 09(k) of Appendix A -Subdivisions of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas is hereby amended to
read as follows
"(K) Minimum Lot Dimensions
The minimum dimensions for residential lots in
subdivisions shall be those dimensions as provided
for in Appendix B-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Denton, Texas "
SECTION II_
That Article 13 099(K) of Appendix A -Subdivisions of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas is hereby
amended to read as follows
"(K) Minimum Lot Dimensions
The minimum dimensions for residential lots in
subdivisions shall be those dimensions as provided
for in Appendix B-Zoninq of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Denton, Texas "
SECTION III
That if any section, subsection, paraqraph, sentence,
clause, phrase or word in this ordinance, or application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid by any court of
competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the
City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, hereby declares it
would have enacted such remaining portions despite any such
invalidity

SECTION IV
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and approval
