ARTICLES 13 08 AND 13.098 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF DENTON, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR FILING FEES ON PRELIMINARY AND
FINAL PLATS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS.
SECTION I
That Appendix A, Article 13 08 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Denton, Texas, is hereby amended so that the same shall
hereafter read as follows
ARTICLE 13 08 Filing Fees
Each subdivider shall pay to the director of
planning, at the time of filing of each preliminary
or final plat, a fee of Twenty-five ($25 00) Dollars
No plat shall be presented to the planning and zoning
commission unless the required fee shall have been paid
in advance
SECTION II
That Appendix A, Article 13 098 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Denton, Texas, is hereby amended so that the same shall
hereafter read as follows
ARTICLE 13 098 Filing Fees

SECTION III
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its date
