AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, APPENDIX B, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ADDING A NEW
SECTION, ARTICLE 26C, PROVIDING FOR FILING FEES TO ACCOMPANY
ZONING PETITIONS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That Appendix B, Article 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Denton, Texas, is hereby amended by adding a new section,
Article 26C, which shall hereafter read as follows
APPENDIX B, ARTICLE 26
C Filing Fees
Any person or corporation petitioning for a
change or amendment to the provisions of this ordinance
pursuant to Section A of this Article shall pay to
the director of planning a fee of Two Hundred ($200 00)
Dollars if the property to be affected thereby consists
of less than five (5) acres and a fee of Two Hundred
Fifty ($250 00) Dollars if the property to be affected
thereby consists of more than five acres The required
fee shall accompany each petition
SECTION II
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its date
of passage and approval
