AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPBCIFIC USE PERMIT AND AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AS SAME WAS ADOPTED AS
AN APPENDIX TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-1, AND AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO
APPROXIMATELY 13 712 ACRES OF LAND, AND BEING KNOWN AS 7800
BLOCK OF FORT WORTH DRIVE AS SHOWN ON THE TAX RECORDS OF THE
CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND DBCLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION
The Zoning Classification and Use designation of the
following described property, to -wit
Approximately 13 712 acres of land, more or less, also
known as 2800 Fort Worth Drive as shown on the Tax
Records of the City of Denton, Texas situated in the
City of Denton, Denton County, Texas,
which is classified as Light Industrial "LI" District
Classification Use under the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Denton, Texas is hereby changed and a Specific Use
Permit is hereby granted for the use of said property for
additional mobile home park development, subject to the
following special conditions and restrictions, to -wit
'Mobile home park will be developed in accordance
with all of the requirements in the mobile home
park and travel trailer park ordinance
in addition to all uses authorized in a Light Industrial "LI"
District The development of the property shall be in
substantial compliance with the site plan attached hereto and
made a part hereof for all purposes
The Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted the
14th day of January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas under Ordinance No
69-1, be, and the same is hereby amended to show such change in
District Classification and Use
