AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12-4 OF CHAPTER 12 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION
(d-1) PROVIDING FOR CHARGES OF FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15 00) FOR DISPOSAL
OF LOADS OF LESS THAN TWENTY (20) CUBIC YARDS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
Section 12-4 of Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Denton, Texas, is hereby amended by adding a new subsection
(d-1) reading as follows
(d-1) Commercial packer -type trucks owned or operated
by licensed haulers or nonsubscribers with a
carrying capacity of less than twenty (20) cubic
yards shall be charged fifteen ($15 00) dollars
for each load disposed of
SECTION II
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its date
of passage
