OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-1, AND AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO
LOT 10 OF THE REPLATTED PORTION OF THE T N SKILES SUBDIVISION AN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AS SHOWN THIS DATE ON THE OFFI-
CIAL TAX MAP OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND MORF PARTICULARLY DES-
CRIBED THEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Zonmng Map of the Cmty of Denton, Texas, adopted January
14, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordmnances of the City of Denton,
Texas, under provlsmons of Ordinance 69-1, be, and the same ms hereby
amended as follows
All the hereinafter descrmbed property is hereby removed from the
"SF-7" Smngle Fammly Dlstrmct as shown on said Zoning Map, and all pro-
vlsmons of Ordmnance No 69-1, adopted the 14th day of January, 1969, as
amended, shall hereafter apply to samd property as "P" Parking Dmstrlct
mn the same manner as other property located in the "P" Parkmng Dmstrlct,
All that certamn lot, tract or parcel of land lymng and being
situated mn the Cmty and County of Denton, State of Texas, and
being Lot 10 of the replatted portmon of the T N Skmles Sub-
dlvmsmon an addmtlon to the Cmty of Denton, Texas, and being
further described as being located at the northeast corner of
Carroll and Westway
SECTION II
That the Cmty Council of the Cmty of Denton, Texas, hereby fmnds
that such change is mn accordance wmth a comprehensmve plan for the pur-
pose of promotmng the general welfare of the Cmty of Denton, Texas, and
wmth reasonable consmderatmon, among other things for the character of
the dmstrict and for mts peculmar sultabllmty or particular uses, and
with a vmew to conserving the value of the bumldmngs, protectmng human
lmves, and encouragmng the most approprmate uses of land for the maxi-
mum benefit to the City of Denton and mts citizens
SECTIQN III
That thls ordmnanee shall be mn full force and effect immediately
after mrs passage and approval, the requmred public hearmngs havmng
heretofore been held by the Plannmng and Zoning Commmssmon and the Cmty
Councml of the Cmty of Denton, Texas, after giving due notmce thereof
PASSED and APPROVED thms the 28th day of September, A D 1971
