AS SAME WAS ADOPTED AS AN APPENDIX TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-1, AND AS SAID MAP
APPLIES TO LOT 2, BLOCK 1 OF THE ADKISSON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
DENTON, TEXAS AS SHOWN THIS DATE ON THE OFFICIAL TAX MAP OF THE
CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED THEREIN,
AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted
January,14, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Denton, Texas, under prov~saons of Ordinance No
69-1, be, and the same as hereby amended as follows
All the hereanafter descrabed property is hereby removed
from the "SF-7" Single Famaly Distract as shown on said
Zoning Map, and all provlsaons of Ordanance No 69-1,
adopted the 14th day of January, 1969, as amended, shall
hereafter apply to sa~d property as "MF-i" Multi-Family
District an the same manner as other property located in
the "MF-i" Multi-Family District,
All that certaan lot, tract or parcel of land lying and
be%ng situated in the City and County of Denton, State
of Texas, and being Lot 2, Block 1 of the Adkasson AddI-
tion to the City of Denton, Texas
SECTION II
That the City Council of the Caty of Denton, Texas, here-
by fands that such change is an accordance with a comprehensive
plan for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the City
of Denton, Texas, and with reasonable consideration, among other
thangs for the character of the district and for ats peculiar suat-
ability or particular uses, and with a v~ew to conserving the value
of the buildings, protecting human laves, and encouraging the most
appropriate uses of land for the maxmmum benefit to the C~ty of
Denton and Its citizens
SECTION III
That thas ordanance shall be in full force and effect Immed-
iately after its passage and approval, the required public hear-
angs havang heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning Com-
masslon and the Caty Councal of the City of Denton, Texas, after
gavlng due notice thereof
