AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE WORK OF IMPROVING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS, THAT
Ordinance No 70-11 , ordering the improvements of the
hereinafter named streets and levying the assessments was pass-
ed on the ]~h day of A~rl] , , 19 70 A D , and
the work of improving the streets described on Exhibit A, which
is made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been completed,
the Director of Community Development of the City of Denton
having measured, examined and caused to be tested the finished
mmprovements by the means and mn the manner provided by the
terms of such contract and of plans and speclfmcations therein
contained, and the Director of Community Development having
found that such improvements have been constructed and completed
in full compliance with the terms of said contract and the plans
and specifications theremn contained, and having approved and
accepted said improvements, and having recommended that the City
Council accept said work and improvements, it is, accordingly,
ordered that said work and improvements have been found by the
Mayor and City Council of the City of Denton to have been per-
formed and completed in full compliance with the terms of the
said contract and plans and specifications, and the same is now
hereby accepted and approved by the City of Denton, Texas

I, Stanford Hauptmann, Director of Commtmlty Development of the City of
Denton, Texas do hereby certify to the H~norable City Cotmcll of said
c~ty, that the work of ~mprowng the following street located ~n the
C~ty of Denton, Texas has been performed by Austin Road Company and Worth
Construction Company of Dallas, Texas ~n accordance w~th the terms of
a contract between sa~d construction companies and the Texas State Highway
Department and entitled pro~ect U S 625 (4) P D 9664 and mlso in accordance
with the terms of Ordinance No 70-11 passed and approved on the 14th
day of April, 1970, ordering such ~mprovements Such ~mprovements have
been constructed and completed ~n full compliance with the terms of sa~d
contract and w~th the plans and specifications there~n contained or
referred to and I do hereby recommend that the Honorable City Council
accept and receive samd work and improvements as constructed by the sa~d
Austin Road Company and the Worth Construction Company and as accepted by
the Texas H~ghway Department on July 28, 1971, sa~d streets and portions
thereof being described as follows
