CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS
THE cOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS, THAT
Ordinance No 69-SS , ordering the improvements of the
hereinafter named streets and levying the assessments was pass-

the work of improving the streets described on Exhibit A, which
is made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been completed,
the Director of Community Development of the City of Denton
having measured, examined and caused to be tested the finished
improvements by the means and in the manner provided by the

ordered that said work and improvements have been found by the
Mayor and City Council of the City of Denton to have been per-
formed and completed in full compliance with the terms of the
said contract and plans and specifications, and the same is now
hereby accepted and approved by the City of Denton, Texas

nnprov~ng the followzng streets, located ~n the C~ty of Denton, Texas, has been per-
formed by Jagoe-Publlc Construction Company ~n accordance with the terms of a contract
entitled "Street Assessment Progrmn #6 1969, Alternate "A", entered znto by and between
the C~ty of Denton, Texas and the said Jagoe-Publlc Construction Company dated
September 9, 1969 and also in accordance with the terms of Ordinance #69-33 passed
and approved on the 9th day of September of A D 1969 ordering such zmprovements
Such nmprovements have been constructed and completed in full compliance with the terms
of said contract, and w~th the plans and specifications therezn contained or referred
to and I do hereby recemmond that the Honorable City Council accept and receive said
work and n~prov~ments as constructed by the said Jagoe-Publ~c Construction Cc~pany,
